KATE JAY, FNTP is a Nutritional Therapist, AIP Certified Coach, trained chef and author of The Autoimmune Protocol Reintroduction Cookbook. In 2014 Kate founded HealingFamilyEats.com, where she shares AIP resources and recipes for both the elimination and reintroduction stages. Many of her recipes are also compliant with other healing diets such as GAPS and SCD. Kate works online, helping people with autoimmune disease to navigate and dig deeper into the AIP and beyond. Originally from the UK, she now lives in Vancouver, Canada.
